1 frozen sara lee pound cake
1/4 Cup(s) preserves; any flavor
1/4 Cup(s) almonds; toasted, optional
1 Ounce(s) powdered sugar
Directions: Cut pound cake ito 16 slices. Spread 8 slices with 1 1/2 tsp preserves; sprinkle with 1 tsp almonds, if desired. Top with remaining 8 slices. Cut each "sandwich" in half diagonally. Top with remaining almonds. Sprinkle each with powdered sugar.
