2 Kilogram(s) large (750g total) fillet fresh haddock
2 Gram(s) chopped finely green chilli pepper (fresh)
-1 Gram(s) garlic (paste)
1/2 ginger (paste)
-1 Gram(s) salt
Directions: Preheat the grill to medium-hot and li ne the grill pan with aluminium foil. Make the paste by mixing all of the ingredients together. Coat the fish with this paste and place it in the grill. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, turning to ensure even cooking. Meanwhile prepare the masala. Transfer the fish to a shallow flame proof serving dish. Cover with the masala, Return to a hot grill for 5 - 10 minutes garnish and serve.
