1 5-6 pound London broil, about 2" thick
3/4 Cup(s) Red wine
1/2 large Maui onion, diced
1/2 Cup(s) Fresh parsley, chopped
2 large Cloves garlic, minced
1 Bay leaf, broken into pieces
1 Teaspoon(s) Granulated or brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Fresh ground black pepper
2 Dash(s) Hot pepper sauce
Directions: Combine ingredients for marinade in large zip-lock plastic bag. Add meat. Zip bag and let London broil marinate at room temp for 4 hours, or refrigerated for 8 hours, turning often.
