Mary's Fruit Cocktail Cake



Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) chopped walnuts
1 fruit cocktail
4 egg
1/12 Ounce(s) salt
74/6789 Pound(s) baking soda
160/409 Pound(s) sugar
1 27/625 Pound(s) flour
163/625 Pound(s) brown sugar
Directions: Sift together all dry ingredients except walnuts and brown sugar and set aside. Beat eggs in bowl till thick and lemon colored and add fruit cocktail. Stir in dry ingredients, mix toughly. Pour into greased and floured 11”x13” pan. Top with chopped walnuts, brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
