Ingredients:
1/6 Ounce(s) vanilla extract
16 Ounce(s) chopped pecans
1 Pound(s) sweet pea pods
2 Pound(s) powdered sugar
1/2 Pound(s) (2 sticks) butter
Directions: Melt butter in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add remaining ingredients(1) and mix well. Grease hands and roll into small balls and chill. Melt chocolate almond bark or chocolate chips in microwave and dip rolled balls. Put ball on wax paper and chill. (1) Depending on the flavor you want, either use the coconut or the coconut flavoring, not both.
