Marinate steak and prepare onions:
Stir together garlic, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, 1 1/2
teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and pour into a 1-quart
sealab Marinated carrots Peel carrots, slice at an angle and cook until crisp. Slice onion in half, then slice into rings 1/4 inch thick. Pour tomato soup, vinegar, and granulated sugar over cooked carrots and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and chill. Keep in refri Achiote marinated shrimp salad For the paste: In a blender or food processor, puree first 9 ingredients
and then slowly add the lemon juice and 1/4 cup oil.
