finely chopped. Add half the orange juice and process. Pierce pork all over

Saute mushrooms, carrot, and shallot or green onion in butter. Marinated salmon steaks Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine orange
juice, soy sauce, parsley, oil, garlic and basil. Pour over fish. Let stand
at room temperature for 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.

Marinated chicken wings 1. In a large bowl combine sherry, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger; set

2. Disjoint chicken wings into 3 parts each. Discard the tip end or save to
use for soup stock at a later time.

2. Beat egg whites till it turns foamy. Combine carefully with the tuna mix.

distributes flavors & tenderizes meat. 2. Put 4 pieces of lamb
alternating w/onion quarters on each metal skewers. Broil over
charcoal, traditional method, for 10 mins, or to t Tuna stuffed potatoes Cut a thin slice from one flat side of each potato. Scoop out the interior
of the potato into a bowl. Mash, adding the hot milk; whip until fluffy.
Add the green onions, egg and butter, whipping mixture well. Season with
