Marinated Soy Chicken



Ingredients:
2 sweet & low
1 cooked rice
2 Teaspoon(s) powder ginger
1 garlic, minced
1/2 vinegar, red wine
4 Ounce(s) soy sauce
6 pieces of chicken
1 Cup(s) water
Directions: Mix the water, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and Sweet & Low together in a pan. Set the chicken in it and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, then flip chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes longer. Serve with warm cooked rice. Maybe use some of the extra sauce on the rice.

Comments: You can substitute sugar, brown sugar, Equal, etc. Any type of vinegar will work.
