Directions: Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Mix tomatoes and boiling
water; let stand 5 minutes and drain.
Mix oil, vinegar, marjoram, rosemary, and garlic powder in half-gallon
heavy-duty plastic food-storage bag. Cut cheese into 1/2-inch cubes. Add
cheese, tomatoes, and mushrooms to the mixture in the bag; seal tightly.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 4 days, turning
occasionally. Drain before serving.

Cheese and corn tortillas Pre-heat oven to 350 Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish Mix first 6 ingredients
but reserve 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture down
center of each tortilla Roll and arrange seam side down in baking dish Top
with salsa and remaining Chorizo and cheese bread In a dry heavy skillet, fry the chorizo until browned. Drain off any fat
and add the tomato paste and fry with chorizo briefly. Add the green
onions, oregano, tomato, chile, and salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes
longer. Spread the chorizo mixture Spicy grilled cheese and zucchini sandwiches Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Allow the butter to come to room temperature so that it is easily spreadable.
