Skirt steak with salsa verde 1. Cut skirt steak into 4 equal pieces. Preheat oven to 375degrees. Remove
zest from lemon and set aside. Brush steaks with about 1 Tbsp. oil, season
with pepper and rub both sides with zested lemon. Set steaks aside for 30
minutes.
2. Meanwhile Marinated garbanzos Drain the garbanzos well. Run the garlic through a press or crush and
mince thoroughly. Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least 4
hours (preferably overnight), stirring from time to time. Serve cold.

mm slices and marinate for 24 hours. BBQ!!! Brush with the marinade
when BBQ:ing.
