Marinated Chuck Steak



Ingredients:
3 Pound(s) Chuck Steak, 1 1/2" thick
1/4 Cup(s) Vinegar
1/2 Cup(s) Red Wine
1/4 Cup(s) Vegetable Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Centiliter(s) Garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Rosemary
1 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tablespoon(s) Dijon Mustard
Directions: Combine all ingredients except steak in a blender, then pour over meat and refrigerate 2-6 hours. Grill over medium-hot fire about 6 inches from heat. Baste with marinade every 5 minutes. Cook a total of 30-35 minutes, or until done as desired, turning once. let rest 10 minutes. Slice across the grain to serve.
