Marinated Bean Salad



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Vinegar
1/4 Cup(s) Salad Oil
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
15 Ounce(s) Can Garbanzo Beans, drained
8 Ounce(s) Can Cut Wax Beans, drained
8 Ounce(s) Red Kidney Beans, drained
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup(s) Coarsely Shredded Carrot
3 Green Onions, sliced
Directions: In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, and sugar; cover and shake well. In a large mixing bowl combine the garbanzo beans, wax beans, kidney beans, green pepper, carrot, and onions. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and stir lightly. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.
