chicken in single layer. Add chicken; let marinate a minimum of 4 hours,
turning occasionally. May be left in fridge, covered overnight. Remove

African fish curry powder Curry powders are an important part of African cooking due to the heavy
influence of Arabic and Indian cuisine in Africa. Curry powders are made
from different proportions of spices, dried and ground. Spices can be dried
in the sun for two to thre Tuna fish, mushrooms, and celery Drain tuna well. Discard liquid and set tuna fish aside for later use.
Place margarine in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Melt over moderate heat. Add
celery and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, over moderate heat
until celery is limp. Add Marinade for beef steaks Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate beef at room temperature
for 1 to 2 hours before grilling.
Yield: Enough for four 1-pound steaks.

Combine ingredients in a glass jar, sh Fish with black bean sauce Rinse the fish inside and out with cold running water and pat dry with
paper towels. Make 2-3 diagonal slashes in the flesh on each side
of the fish, using a sharp knife. Rub the garlic into the fish.
Thoroughly mix the black bean sauce, cornstarc Yogurt tandoori marinade 10 ml / 2 tsp sunflower oil
150 ml / 5 oz low fat natural yogurt
5 ml / 1 tsp ground cumin
1,25 ml / half tsp ground turmeric
1,25 ml / quarter tsp chili powder.
5 ml / 1 tsp ground coriander

2. Spread the mixture over one side of the fillets, cover with 2 slices of pancetta.
3. Heat olive oil, fry the fish pancetta side down. Turn over and cook till Adobo marinade Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor.

Mandarin marinade Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least two hours to
allow flavors to blend.
Marinade and basting sauce for brisket of beef Mix all of the ingredients really well and then pour over whole beef
brisket. Let marinate for several hours, or overnight if possible. Also,
use this marinade as a basting sauce.
