Directions: In large recloseable plastic food bag, combine all ingredients except meat.
Mix well.
Add meat, seal the bag and turn over several times to coat meat thoroughly.
Place bag in refrigerator, turning bag occasionally 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat broiler.
Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade. Place meat on broiler pan.
Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat source until desired doneness. In small
saucepan, bring marinade to a boil, boil one minute. Serve marinade with
the meat.
Marinade and 2 lbs of meat should serve 6 - 8 people.

The Berberes are a nomadic tribe in northern Africa. Fenugreek is a
rectangle-shaped seed with a pleasantly bitter flavor. Look for it in
Indian and Middle Eastern grocery stores. I hav Oriental dressing & marinade Combine ingredients; mix well. Use as a marinade for crisp-tender cooked
broccoli, mushrooms or favorite vegetable combinations, or toss with mixed
green salads.
Makes about 1/2 cup dressing.
Spicy vinegar marinade Combine all ingedients in a bowl. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.

The longer the zest and juice mixture is allowed to steep, the more
developed the citrus flavors in the finished margaritas. We recommend
steeping for the full 24 hours, although the margaritas will still be great

(if using a mortar, add coriander; if using a spice grinder, add coriander

Steak, and Kabobs. I have included the original recipe for 64 chicken
breasts or 48 steaks. The second recipe is the reduced version we make for

Venison steaks with mustard marinade Mix the peppercorns, shallots, honey, double cream, mustard, sherry and
salt and pepper together in a bowl and thoroughly coat the venison steaks,
and leave them for 2 hours. Place the steaks into a hot frying pan and cook
