2. In large bowl combine flour, cornmeal, and baking powder. Add apples, corn, cheese, sugar, cinnamon, nutmet, stirring to combine. In small bowl, beat eggs and oil, stir into flo Apple bran spice muffins Preheat oven at 350. Prepare muffin tins with cooking spray and flour. In
a mixing bowl, combine honey, applesauce, vanilla, egg white, buttermilk
and apples. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking

cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Drain raisins, reserving liquid. Add enough
