North: kofta kebabs in spicy cream sauce (malai kofta) Kofta, a classic dish of Moghul origin, is one of the most important
preparations of Indian vegetarian cuisine. Traditionally, koftas are
simmered in a delicate sauce and turned into a curried main dish. These

In medium saucepan, scald the half & half over medium heat, set aside. In
medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar, a pinch of salt,

pepper. Stir to coat with the oil. Cook over moderate heat for 2-3
min. until the garlic turns golden not brown. If using whole

1. Graham Layer: Combine crumbs, pecans, coconut, chocolate and butter in bowl. Press evenly over bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Fruit cream-sugar free Mix all ingredients together, stir well. Chill. freeze according to
manufacturer's direction.
Asparagus cream soup 1. In medium saucepan melt Crisco; add onion and cook until tender.
2. Add frozen asparagus and chicken broth; cook uncovered 10 minutes over
high heat.
3. Transfer mixture to blender and puree. (Or force mixture through a find
wire sieve.) Brown bread ice cream In a bowl put 1.5oz of marg or oil,3oz brown bread crumbs and 1oz of brown sugar. Put in microwave for 1min and stir with fork. As it cools it may crisp up. If not return to mw for another short period until it goes crisp when cool. Stir frequently to Sour cream frosting, svea johnson's Cook until thickened then spread on cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts (if desired).

Apricot peach cream Drain the peach syrup into a small saucepan. reserve the peaches
separately and set aside. Add the water and the apricots to the peach
syrup and simmer on low heat for 1 hour to soften the apricots. Drain and
discard the liquid. Transfer the apric Chile cream sauce This is creamy, hot and perfect to serve with noodles or grilled
meats.
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS except butter in a saucepan over medium heat
and cook until reduced by about 1/2. Pour into a blender and puree.

egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Slowly beat in superfine sugar,
beating until stiff. Spread evenly on paper. Bake 50 minutes at 275~. Turn
off heat. Leave Pilze in sahnesosse (mushrooms in cream sauce) Clean mushrooms and slice in half if large. Pat dry. Fry bacon in a
large pan until lightly browned. Remove from pan and reserve. Add the

often, until gelatin dissolves. Add sugar and heat until it dissolves.
Using a wire whisk, stir in apricots, apricot nectar, yogurt and vanilla.
Pour mixture into canister of Slim cream soup mix Mix together and store in an airtight container. To reconstitute the mix to equal one can of condensed cream soup: mix 1/3 c mix with 1 1/4 c water.
Cream of Mushroom: Add 1 4-oz can of mushrooms, drained.
Cream of Vegetable: Add 1/2 c diced cooked vegeta Rocky road ice cream Combine milk and semisweet chocolate in saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in remaining incredients. Cover adn refrigerate 30 minutes. Freeze as Cream cheese pie Mix eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with 1 can of cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
Take out 1/2 hour before serving.
Sour cream marinade for chicken **This delicious marinade makes enough for 3 lbs chicken parts.**
In a bowl, blend together salad dressing mix, water, and lemon juice. Add
sour cream and combine thoroughly. Slowly add salad oil, whipping until

Vanilla chip maple cookies Cream the shortening, butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla and maple flavoring. Combine the flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla chips and pecans.

cup cream mix to the beaten egg yolks, whisking constantly. When mix is
