MC F Fudge ( maple divinity ) Mix sugar, syrup and water together and boil to the hard boil stage. Remove, add vanilla and pour hot syrup over stiffly beaten egg white. Add nuts. Beat until stiff enough to hold shape and drop from teaspoon on wax paper.
Sugar frosting Mix sugar, vanilla and some water in a bowl until you reach the desired consistancy.
Cream puff frosting 1. Blend butter and sugar.
2. Stir in vanilla and milk.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Add poppy seeds.
Rosemary chicken with orange-maple glaze Bring orange juice and wine to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat slightly, but keep high enough to continue a low boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. gradually to egg yolk. Stir in sugar until of right consistency to

point is reached. Remove from heat, add the nut meats and extract and stir

frequently.
14 karat cake w/cream cheese frosting Grease and flour a 9X13X2" pan. Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift flour, sugar,
soda, salt, and cinnamon together. In a mixing bowl, combine dry
ingredients with oil, milk, and eggs. Blend on low speed for about 1
minute. Add carrots and nuts and Frosting for melt-aways Soften cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Add milk in small quantities until desired consistency is obtained.
Devil's food cake with chocolate frosting Spray two 9 x 1 1/2" round baking pans with nonstick coating and dust
lightly with flour; set pans aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour,
1 1/4 cups sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Add milk, margarine and

tartar, water, and salt but do not place over boiling water. Beat 30
seconds at low speed of electric mixer. Place over boiling water.
Cook, beating constantly, until stiff peak Diabetic yellow cake and fluffy frosting YELLOW CAKE:Place dry ingredients in mixer bowl and mix at low speed
to blend well. Combine 3/4 cup water, oil, sweetener,vanilla and egg

Butterscotch frosting Make a caramel syrup of the granulated sugar by heating it slowly over a

boiling water carefully as it splatters. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
