1 Package(s) uncooked manicotti
2 Ounce(s) part-skim ricotta cheese
2 Ounce(s) mozzarella grated cheese
163/1250 Pound(s) grated parmesan cheese
1 slightly beaten egg
2 Bunch(s) chopped fresh parsley
1/12 Ounce(s) salt
417/10000 Ounce(s) black pepper
28 Can(s) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Lay flat on foil to cool. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, s tir together cheeses, egg, parsley, salt and pepper; spoon into cooled pasta tubes. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9x13 in. baking dish; arrange filled pasta in single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over pasta; cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil, baking 15 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.

Directions:
Heat oil in a heavy saucepan. Saute garlic and onion for three minutes or
until limp. Stir in tomatoes, water and tomato paste. Add parsley, salt,
oregano, thyme, basil, cloves and pepper; stir well. Bring to a boil,
reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for one hour, until sauce is
reduced by 1/4.
