Mushroom and wild rice soup In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add salt and wild rice.
Cover; reduce heat to medium low. Cook until tender, 45-50 minutes.
Drain; set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat half the oil over medium high heat. Add half the
mushrooms, season Crockpot chicken & rice Slice mushrooms. Remove skin from chicken. Spray 12" skillet with
nonstick spray coating. Brown mushrooms, onion, and chicken pieces on
all sides over medium heat about 15 minutes. Stir in seasonings and

saute for about 5 minutes or until the rice begins to darken; stir often.

Reduce heat to low, add curry and cook for 1 minute (toasts the curry -- increasing flavor). Remove to a bowl and cool. Mix rice, green onions, parsley, bell pepper, and artichoke hearts. Toss
with vinaigrette. cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours Wild rice meat loaf Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 70 min. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.

with olive oil and served as a cold vegetable dish.
Slice onion very finely, skin and roughly chop tomato and wash the rice
until the water runs clear. Heat the olive oil in Rice pudding Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl. into 1/2 inch-thick strips. Coat with lemon juice, and refrigerate until
well chilled. In a large mixing bowl, combine the scallions, olives,
chicken and rice. Toss ge Wild zucchini rice salad Cook the dry rices. (Soak the wild rice in 1/2 cup water for 2-4 hours.
Then cook it in 1/2 cup water for 15-20 minutes and then add the brown rice
