Ingredients:
2 Bunch(s) Romaine Lettuce
2 Can(s) Mandarin Orange Slices
1/2 Cup(s) Salted Peanuts
3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Cup(s) Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon(s) Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/3 Cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Minced Onion
2 Tablespoon(s) Poppy Seeds
Directions: Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Drain oranges and combine with lettuce and peanuts. Combine sugar, oil, mustard, salt, vinegar, onion, and poppy seeds in a jar. Shake well to blend. Toss the salad with the desired amount of dressing.
