Ingredients:
1 Can(s) 8-oz. enchilada sauce
1 flour tortilla
1 Can(s) 8-oz. taco sauce
1/12 Ounce(s) cumin
1 Ounce(s) 6-oz chopped green chili
5 fresh tomato
1 1/2 Pound(s) ground beef
1 small yellow onion
1 Pound(s) garlic
39/2500 Quart(s) vegetable oil
326/625 Pound(s) grated cheddar cheese
Directions: In a skillet heat a small amount of oil and saute the garlic, onion, and ground beef until the beef is browned. (Drain any excess grease from the meat mixture) Add the tomatoes, chili peppers, cumin, and taco sauce. Simmer for at least 1 hour. If desired, the dish may be thickened by adding cornstarch or a mixture of 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup cold water. Heat the tortillas. Spoon the meat onto the tortillas and roll up. Heat the enchilada sauce and add the cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted. Watch closely to prevent the cheese from sticking to the pan. Spoon the read sauce onto the burritos and enjoy.
