-1 medium tomatoes, chopped
-1 small cinnamon sticks
2 Cup(s) coconut milk
Directions: 1. Heat oil, fry onions, garlic & ginger until soft 2. Add tumeric, chilli, coriander & cummin & fry : for 2 minutes. 3. Add tomato, stir well, cover & cook till tomato : is pulpy. 4. Add chicken pieces and cinnamon sticks & stir : well until chicken is coated with mixture 5. Cover & cook until chicken is almost cooked 6.
