Macaroni Shrimp Salad



Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Cooked small elbow macaroni
1 Cup(s) Cooked salad shrimp
1/2 Cup(s) Diced celery
1 Can(s) 8 1/2-ounce water chestnuts
1 Can(s) 8 1/2-ounce crushed
1/2 Cup(s) Broken pecans
1 Lettuce
1/2 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
1 Teaspoon(s) Granulated sugar
Directions: Combine cooked macaroni, shrimp, celery, water chestnuts, pineapple, and nuts. Make salad dressing by combining dressing ingredients and mixing well. Pour over salad and stir to combine thoroughly. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Top with a sprinkling of cheese if desired.
