Put the dried mushrooms in 1/2 cup hot water and let stand 20 minutes.

1/4 c Raisins, dark or golden
5 x Green Onions, chopped
1 tb Vegetable Oil
1/2 c Celery, chopped
1 c Cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 ts Orange Rind, grated
1/2 ts Dried Thyme
Put the wild rice in a saucepan. Add th Red beans and rice with salsa Pick over and rinse the beans. Put them into a large bowl and cover
completely with cold water. Let the beans soak overnight (or for at least
8 hours).
Drain the beans and transfer them to a large pot. Add the 3 cups water.
Bring to a boi Wild rice stuffing Rinse the rice in a strainer with cold water and drain. Soak the rice in cold water to cover for at least 4 hours. Drain again.
Toss the apple pieces with the lemon juice to prevent browning. If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cobs.

fingertips until mixture forms coarse meal. Mix in enough water by Tbsp to

Cumin herb rice pilaf Thinly slice white part of scallions to measure 1/4 cup. Finely chops the green tops to measure 1/3 cup. Cook cumin seeds and white part of scallions in 1 tablespoon oil in a 2-quart heavy saucepan over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally, until Pie crust mushroom soup Preheat the oven to 400F degrees. Peel and roughly chop the
mushroom, including the stems. Melt the butter in a large saucepan, add
the onion and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until soft. Add the

This recipe was given to me by an old friend in Savannah, who told me that
it was a favorite breakfast bread on the plantations.

Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
For a richer bread, use 1 egg and 3/4 c water instead of 1 c water. In hot,
Broiled beef with mushroom stuffing 1. Dice ham slices, prepare mushroom stuffing. In 12" skillet over medium
heat, melt butter or margarine, add mushrooms, ham, green onions, salt, and

Wild mushroom ravioli's with cepe cream For the pasta dough: Put all the ingredients in the given order in to the
food processor and mix for about 30 seconds until just blended. Knead the
dough until perfectly smooth. Wrap in clingfilm to rest in the fridge for 1
hour before serving.
Hot mushroom bacon spread Cook bacon crisp and crumble. Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in 2
T of bacon fat until soft, (5 minutes). Stir until smooth. Add flour,
pepper and cream cheese; stir until smooth. Stir in Worcestershire
sauce, soy sauce and sour cream. Serve Rice & cheese casserole Combine all but the last ingredient in a mixing bowl. Pour into a casserole dish coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

medium heat until they brown and smell fragrant. Set them aside in a small
