Whole-grain breakfast cereal I mix it up, then cook a pot of it by measuring 2 cups of cereal to 5 cups of water, bringing it to boil, & then letting it sit over night. Then I have a bowlful each morning, heated in the microwave until the cooked cereal is gone and I need to make Overnight whole grain cereal Boil water Add grains [and raisins, if using them] Stir Bring to boil again Turn off heat Cover pot Leave overnight as is [or in a warm oven]
You can reheat this in the morning or eat it at room temp.
Suggested toppings included any of the following Cereal 1. Combine cereal and milk in bowl. Pour orange juice in glass.

Cereal fruit rice stuffing Saute rice, celery and onions in margarine over medium heat until rice is lightly
browned. Add all remaining ingredients except cereal. Bring to a boil. Cover;
remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cereal. Spoon into 2 quart casserole;

1 T), bake on basic white.

10 k cereal bars Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well. Pat into greased
8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350° F 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly
browned. Cool and cut into 16 bars.
