Ingredients:
3 Teaspoon(s) cornstarch

1 Tablespoon(s) light soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1 Cup(s) vegetable or chicken broth
1 Package(s) mr. turkey smoked sausage, cut into 1/4" slices (16oz)
1/16 Cup(s) oil
4 Cup(s) assorted cut-up fresh vegetables
Directions: In small bowl, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Gradually blend in broth until mixture is smooth; set aside. Coat large, non-stick skillet with vegetable spray. Brown sausage; remove. Add oil and vegetables to skillet. Cook, stirring 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add sausage and broth mixture. Cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve over hot rice. Makes 5 servings. Preparation Time: 20 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 minutes. Serving Size: 1 cup turkey vegetable mixture (approimately 221 calories); 2/3 cups rice (approximately 176 calories).
