MONTE CRISTO SANDWICHES



Ingredients:
2/3 bread crumbs
1/8 Quart(s) milk
3 eggs
8 Ounce(s) ham
8 cheese
8 bread
Directions: Place a slice of cheese and ham on one slice of bread. Spread other with mustard or honey mustard and make a sandwich. In a vegetable dish, beat eggs, milk and any seasonings. Dip bread on each side. Coat with bread crumbs. Cook on a greased hot griddle (375 °) until golden brown on both sides. Cut in half and serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
