MINI BUTTER BISCUITS



Ingredients:
1 butter or margarine
1 Pound(s) (see Directions) flour
8 Ounce(s) sour cream
Directions: For this recipe use 2 cups self-rising flour OR 2 cups flour (plus 1 T. baking powder and 1 tsp of salt). Place flour in a bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in sour cream until mixture holds together. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into ungreased miniature muffin cups. Bake at 450° for 11-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 3 to 3 1/2 dozen
