MILLET MOLASSES COOKIES



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) AM Millet Flour
1/2 Cup(s) AM Barley Flour
1/4 Cup(s) AM Instant Oatmeal
2 Teaspoon(s) Non-alum baking powder
2 Tablespoon(s) Finely chopped nuts (opt.)
2 Tablespoon(s) AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Unsulphured molasses
1/4 Cup(s) Dried Thyme
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients together. Stir liquid ingredients together until molasses dissolves. Stir liquid and dry mixtures just until evenly mixed. Roll dough into small balls. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Flatten balls slightly. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 F. Cool.
