Ingredients: 3/4 Pound(s) ground meat (beef, pork, turkey) 1 Can(s) black beans, drained 1 packet taco seasoning mix 4793/5000 Cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese -1 1 Bunch(s) green onions (scallions), chopped 4 Teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper 2 Package(s) azumaya won ton wrappers |
Directions: Saute ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink. Sprinkle on garlic
powder, cayenne and Taco seasoning mix. Stir well. Add drained black beans.
Mix thoroughly; remove from heat. When meat mixture has cooled to room
temperature, stir in cheese and onions.
TO MAKE WON TON:
Place a teaspoon of the mixture onto the middle of each won ton wrapper.
Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold the wrappers over to form
triangles, and seal the edges, pinching them together. Moisten bottom side
of LEFT corner and upper side of RIGHT corner. Fold left corner up toward
you, and fold right corner over left; seal together. Fry several won tons
at a time in hot oil (375 degrees F) until golden brown. Drain well on
paper towels. Serve with fresh Mexican salsa or guacamole.
Makes approximately 100 won tons.

calories Mexican chicken & barley chili In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook onion and garlic in oil until
onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except chicken. Bring to a
boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 40 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Add cooked chicken; cont 3 bean salad - mexican style Drain canned beans, combine with green pepper and onion. Set aside. Combine
remaining ingredients, except taco seasoning. Pour over vegetables, mixing
well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight or 24 hours, stirring
occasionally. Before Arroz con pollo (mexican stewed chicken with rice) Dry the pieces of chicken with paper toweling. Place the oil in a
large skiilet and saute the chicken until golden brown. Add the
onion, garlic and green pepper and saute until tbe onion is
transparent and glazed. Then add the tomatoes, salt, pepp Mexican shrimp cocktail Heat water, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper to boiling in a
4-quart Dutch oven; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered until reduced to

Sauce
In a bowl mix the yogurt, sour cream, green onions
and green chili salsa. Pour the enchilada sauce into another bowl.
Cooking Tortillas:
In hot oi Freezer mix mexican casserole Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In 2-quart
saucepan, heat frozen mix, chili powder and water to boiling. Reduce heat;
cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is partially thawed, about
15 minutes. Stir in corn a Mexican red rice Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat the oil in a medium heavy saucepan or skillet over medium low heat. Saute the rice, stirring constantly, until golden and crackling, about 5 minutes.

in with this, but some people put the chilis as a layer) Mix this really
well (I used a food processor, but today I am going to use my mixer). This

Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 45 seconds.
Drain pinto beans, reserving 1/3 cup of juices. Add beans and

Place beef flank steak in utility dish. Combine lemon juice, olive
oil, jalapeno peppers, cilant Mexican stuffed chicken : 1 tb Dried bread crumbs
: 1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
: 2 tb Mild green chilis, chopped
1/2 ts Chili powder
: 1 Egg, beaten
: 1 oz Moneterey Jack cheese, cut
-into two slices, 3 x 1 in.
MEXICAN STUFFED CHICKEN
Preheat oven to 375. Mexican broiled steak * Each flank steak should weigh between 1 and 1 1/2 lbs. Place beef steaks
in shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over
the beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning occasionally. Set
oven control to bro Mexican bubble pizza Brown gr. Beef and drain. Add taco seasoning, water and soup. simmer 3 min
utes. Separate dough into 8 biscuits and then each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add to grownd beef stirring gently. Spoon into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 18-23 minutes. Add chese and Impossible mexican fiesta casserole Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook and stir the meat in a large skillet until brown. Drain off the
excess fat. Season the meat with the salt and pepper, then set
aside. Mix the cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and onion and set this

Chorizo (hot mexican sausage) Combine cumin, red pepper, corriander and cloves in sm. saucepan and shake
over med. heat until peppers are slightly toasted and seeds begin to
crackle, abt. 1 min. Combine toasted seasonings and remaining dry
seasonings in mill or mortar and grind Mexican bubble bake Preheat oven to 375F.
Brown ground beef; drain.
Add taco seasoning, water, and tomato soup; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
Add dough pieces to beef mixture and Mexican corn Combine first 6 ingredients in a large skillet; cover and cook over medium
heat 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato and oregano; cook,
uncovered, 2 minutes or until tomato is heated thoroughly.
