Directions: Add cinnamon sticks to coffee and brew.
In a small saucepan, stir together brown sugar, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and one cup of the whipping cream.
Cook and stir until just under a boil.
Add to brewed coffee and stir.
Whipped cream:
In a medium bowl, beat the remaining (one cup) whipping cream on high. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks have formed.
Pour coffee into a mug and add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
Yield; 5 mugs.
