MEAT 'N CHEDDAR LOAF



Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Ground beef
3/4 Cup(s) Quaker Oats, uncooked
1/2 Cup(s) Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped onion
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard
1 Egg; beaten
3/4 Cup(s) Milk
Directions: Combine all ingredients throughly. Pack firmly into an 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" loaf pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
