Camarones al ajillo (garlic shrimp) In a large skillet over low-heat, heat the oil until it is fragrant, then cook the garlic, stirring, 1 to 2 minutes. Raise the heat to medium,
add the shrimp, and cook, stirring, until they turn pink, 5 minutes. (If
you prefer extra oil, add it along Broken shrimp jambalaya 2 ts Paprika

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Skinny shrimp scampi In a shallow 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish, microwave margarine on 100%
power (HIGH) 55 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in lemon juice, garlic,
butter-flavored salt, and pepper. Stir in shrimp. Microwave on 100% power
(HIGH) 1-1/2 minutes. Shrimp 'n' rice salad Combine first 10 ingredients, and toss lightly. Chill thoroughly. Serve on
lettuce, and garnish with tomat wedges and celery leaves. Serve with French
dressing.

Bul gogi (korean marinated beef) 1-lb beef sliced very thin: I think the best thing to do is go to a Korean
market for this; they have it pre-sliced and it is *really* hard to do well
by hand.
Marinate the beef in the sauce for about an hour (some people do it
overnight, but thi "popcorn" shrimp 1. Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with
vegetable cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon juice and
tabasco sauce. Mix well. One a sheet of waxed paper, combine bread crumbs Marinated bean salad In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, and sugar; cover and shake well.
In a large mixing bowl combine the garbanzo beans, wax beans, kidney
beans, green pepper, carrot, and onions. Pour vinegar mixture over
vegetables and stir lightly. Cover an Angelhair with shrimp Saute minced garlic in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook for about one minute. Turn shrimp and add mushrooms (optional). Add all other ingredients besides pasta. Stir sauce and toss with pasta, adding a little pasta at a time to make sure there is enough sau Asparagus shrimp salad Cook shrimp; drain and set aside. Cook asparagus until crisp- tender; drain
well. Place shrimp, asparagus and lemon slice in mixing bowl. Pour herb
dressing over all, cover and chill well, stirring once or twice. Combine
onion, parsley and toma Beach party shrimp saute In large pan or wok over a camp fire (if at the beach) heat oil. Add washe unshelled shrimps and
stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add seasonings and remainder ingredients.
Just before serving add the freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.
Asian shrimp sauce Combine all ingredients and chill for several minutes before serving. Use as a dipping sauce or over Asian rice dishes.
Mini shrimp quiche Prepare pastry shells by combining the last 4 ingredients; butter/margerine, cream cheese, flour and salt, until well blended. Cover and chill for approximately 1 hour or until workable. Shape into 1 inch balls and press into a muffin pan or roll out and Avocado-shrimp aspic Soften gelatin in cold water, add boiling water and stir to dissolve.
Add avocado, seasonings and pimiento. Chill until mixture begins to
thicken, then add shrimps. Turn into cold wet mold, chill until
firm, and unmold on lettuce.
Roasted corn and shrimp salad Get your grill warm or preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
In a non-stick pan with a little oil cook the shrimp until pink and firm. Remove the shrimp from the pan to a plate covered with paper towels and let them rest until cool. Cut each shrimp into bi Al's shrimp and crab pasta salad Cook the pasta using package directions. Drain and rinse with
