Ann's chicken w/goat cheese and garlic Cut several small holes in the skin of the chicken and stuff with the goat
cheese.
Stuff slices of garlic all over the chicken. Rub the skin with the olive
oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and herbs de Provence.
Bake in 350 degree oven for Apple bbq sauce T pepper, 1 T paprika, 2 t chili powder, 1/2 t celery salt, 1/2 t
ground red pepper and 1/4 t dry mustard before cooking. Baste with
1/2 c apple juice while cooking. Add sauce last 15 minutes.
Smoked chicken endive and walnut dressing (mf) Remove skin and fat from chicken and cut into bitesize strips or chunks and
