Brigitte's real german potato salad Mix all ingredients together carefully, season to taste, garnish with parsley. Cool in refrigerator for at least 1-2 hrs, best overnite. Broccoli & cauliflower salad Warmer kartoffelsalat (hot potato salad) Peel potatoes and slice paper thin. Saute bacon slowly in a frypan, then
drain on paper towels. Saute onion in bacon fat until golden brown.
Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seeds, and pepper. Cook over low
heat, stirring until smooth and Turkey tonnato salad For dressing, puree tuna with garlic, anchovies, mayonnaise and sour cream
or yogurt. Season with pepper.
For salad, combine diced turkey with cooked potatoes. Mix with 1/2 of
dressing. Taste for seasoning. Arrange arugula or watercress on large
plate. Mo Cranberry sherbet Cook cranberries with small amount of water until skins pop. (Less is best) Put through a food mill or sieve.
Boil 3 cups water and 2 cups sugar for 10 minutes.
Add to cranberries and freeze.

boil about a minute over medium heat. Strain the liquid from the beans and
chick-peas. Put the beans and peas into a salad bowl. Cut the knockwurst
into 1/4" slices and Salata laktuka - polish wilted leaf lettuce salad Wash lettuce thoroughly, dry and cut coarsely. Add shallots or onions,
sugar, salt and pepper. Fry bacon until golden brown. Dice it and add
to the lettuce. Into 2 Tb hot bacon fat, add the vinegar and water
and bring to a boil. Pour over lettuce, 7-up salad Prepare gelatin according to package directions, substituting 7-up® for
water. Let cool to room temperature, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into molds. Refrigerate.
