1/4 Cup(s) celery; finely chopped
1/3 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) lemon peel; grated
3 Tablespoon(s) chives; chopped
1/2 Teaspoon(s) celery seed
1 11 oz frozen lobster tail; thawed
Directions: Combine first 4 ingredients and 2 tablespoons chives in medium bowl. Cook lobster in medium pot of boiling salted water until just opaque in center, about 8 minutes. Drain; cool.
