Directions: Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spread butter inside each pocket and place
pitas on cookie sheet. Heat in oven for 3-4 minutes. Open pockets, being
careful not to split sides. Place 2 ounces of lobster meat into each
pocket, followed by 2 slices of bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes, evenly
divided. Top tomatoes in each sandwich with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Spear an olive and a gherkin on a frilled toothpick.Place on top of each
sandwich.
