1/6 Ounce(s) salt
326/625 Pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese
163/625 Pound(s) packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 Pound(s) ground beef
5 1/3 Ounce(s) ketchup
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 quick-cooking oats

Directions: In a bowl, beat the egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 8 loaves and place in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard, spoon over loaves. Bake uncovered at 350A°F for 45 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink and cooked through.
