Directions: Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
The authors recommend baking the 1-lb loaf on the Rapid Bake setting.
Tested in DAK R2D2. Sylvia's comments: rather unexciting bread, but good
for sandwiches.
