Directions: In a glass or other non-reactive bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the shrimp, until well combined. Add the shrimp, turning to make sure each is thoroughly coated. Refrigerate for several hours, turning once or twice. If using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for at least 1 hour while the shrimp are marinating.
Thread the shrimp on the skewers. Cook directly over coals. Cook until shrimp are opaque and tightly curled, 2 to 3 minutes a side.
