or medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, while preparing the meal and seasoning
the fish steaks. Three to four minutes before searing the fish steaks, turn

Continue boiling without stirring to the soft-ball stage (243 degrees F on the candy thermometer). Remove from the heat. Old fashioned butter drop cookies Preheat oven to 375F. Sift together the flour, baking
powder, and baking soda. Set aside Cream together teh
butte and sugar until very light. Add egg and blend
well; mix in vanilla. Gradual
ly add dry mixture to
creamed mixture. Slowly blend in milk. Dr Brook trout with ginger stuffing 1. Place the shrimp, cream, ginger, shallots, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste in the bowl of a food processor. Start blending, puree until the mixture is smooth and thick. This should take about 30 to 40 seconds.
2. Open the brook trout, divide the Key lime pie crust Heat the oven to 300 degrees F. Combine the crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of an 8- or 9- inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely before filling.
