Lemon-Chive Potatoes



Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Small New Potatoes
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter or Margarine
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Grated Lemon Peel
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoon(s) Snipped Chives
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Dash(s) Nutmeg
Directions: Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and return to a boil. Cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes; drain and keep warm. Heat remaining ingredients just to a boil. Put warm potatoes into a serving dish; pour lemon butter over potatoes.
