until smooth. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy. Add
remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute.
Do not overbeat. Pour into Lemon rice with cashews. Cook the rice in a pan of boiling water until tender, then drain. Add the
remaining ingredients and stir over a low heat for three minutes for the
flavours to mix.
