Directions: 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 Clove garlic, crushed. Juice of half a lemon.
Ground black pepper. 30 ml 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp
dried mixed herbs.
Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas

Try spices instead of the herbs.

Lemon couscous salad -Bringer the water and lemon juice to a boil, add the couscous.

in the Oriental section of many supermarkets or fresh in Asian
groceries. Enoki mushrooms would probably be a good substitute,
although I haven't tried that...

Green lentil soup with lemon Heat oil in pot & add lentils, stir briefly & add the onions & garlic. Cook
for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the bay leaf & spices & stir
for 1 minute. Finally add the carrot. Pour in stock, raise heat & brin Adobo marinade Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor.

Alfred portale's lemon basil pasta 1. In a medium saucepan, bring cream to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook
until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in
butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, to make a creamy sauce. Whisk in lemon
juice and garlic. Taste, and Lemon almond madeleines In a bowl with an electric mixer beat the eggs with the granulated sugar
until the mixture is thick and pale and forms a ribbon when the beaters are
lifted and beat in the almond extract and the zest.
Sift the flour in 4 batches over the mixture, folding Chicken with lemon grass & cashews 1. with a little oil, stir-fry the chilies until
cookied evenly but not burnt, set aside. 2. Fry the
garlic, with a little more oil until gold, add the

Asparagus with toasted pine nuts & lemon dressing Snap off tough ends of Asparagus, remove scales from stalks with knife or vegetable peeler, if desir

Basic barbeque sauce - marinade This quick barbeque sauce is used to baste meat or poultry during broiling
or barbequeing. Dilute with appropriate white or red wine for marinating
steaks or other meats.
Lemon berry pie Beat together lemon pudding mix, 1 cup of cool whip, and the package of cream cheese (softened) in a large bowl. Add a large pinch of sugar if you'd like a slightly sweeter pie.
