Lemon Italian Ice



Ingredients:
3 Cup(s) Blackberries for garnish
1 1/4 Cup(s) Non-fat egg substitute (equivalent to 2 eggs)
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Grated lemon peel
3/4 Cup(s) Evaporated skim milk;chilled
Directions: Combine water, sugar and lemon peel in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. remove from heat and allow to cool.Pour mixture into canister of ice cream maker. stir in lemon juice. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 quart.
