Lemon, Honey & Walnut Cheese



Ingredients:
16 Ounce(s) Lowfat cottage cheese
1/3 Cup(s) Clear flour
2 Tablespoon(s) Toasted & finely chopped
Directions: In a medium bowl and using a wire whisk, beat together the cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice, zest, and cloves. Stir in the walnuts. Transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid.
