Directions: In a medium bowl and using a wire whisk, beat together the cottage cheese,
honey, lemon juice, zest, and cloves. Stir in the walnuts. Transfer to a
container with a tight-fitting lid. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
The cheese keeps for at least one week in the refrigerator.
