Lemon Bread



Ingredients:
1 Egg
3/4 Cup(s) Milk
1/4 Cup(s) Cooking Oil
2 Teaspoon(s) Shredded Lemon Peel
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1 3/4 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions: In a mixing bowl beat together the egg, milk, oil, lemon peel, and lemon juice. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add to egg mixture; stir till moistened. Pour into 2 greased 6X3X2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350F degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bread is done. Cool in pans 10 minutes. remove from pans onto a wire rack. Cool. Wrap and store overnight.
