Brownie oatmeal cookies Mix egg replacer, vanilla and syrup. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients,
make a well, add liquid and stir till moistened. On a spritzed baking
sheet, form approx. 2 dozen cookies. Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes Cool
on sheet/wire rack for 5/ Double mint chocolate chip cookies Melt one package of chocolate chips and set aside. Mix flour, baking soda,
and salt and set aside. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, and
melted chocolate. In several additions add the flour mixture. Stir in
remaining bag of chocolate chips Butterscotch rolled cookies Mix sugar, salt and butter thoroughly. Add egg and vanilla and beat
till fluffy.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon and add to mixture.
Chill well, several hours, or overnight.
MAKE THE GLAZE: Mix the glaze ingredients together until smooth.

Mocha cookies 1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter. Add both sugars and beat well. Add
egg and mix well. Add flour, coffee powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon,
vanilla, and 1/2 c walnuts. Mix well. Wrap dough in wax paper and chill
thouroughly in refrigerator (at lea Anise cookies (radola) Beat the eggs and the sugar to fluffy cream. Add flour and anise.
With 2 teaspoons place small heaps on your baking sheet. Let them dry
overnight.
Next morning heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius(!) Bake the cookies for

with baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. Add milk alternately with dry
