Directions: Preheat oven to 375F .
Season lamb rack and sear on both sides to brown. Cover with mustard and
breadcrumbs or whatever. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the thermometer
reads 155F . Let meat rest 5 minutes before cutting chops.
