Ingredients: 4 Ounce(s) light cream cheese, softened 1/8 Cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped 1/16 Cup(s) green onion, chopped 1/16 Cup(s) light sour cream 1/6 Tablespoon(s) dried tarragon 1 1 pepper 8 Slice(s) dry bread 8 turkey |
Directions: In small bowl, beat together cream cheese, parsley, onion, sour cream,
tarragon, salt and pepper. Spread on 1 side of each slice of bread. Top 4
of the slices with turkey; invert remaining bread slices over top.
Left over chicken may also be used.
Combine with some crunchy raw vegetables and a piece of fruit to complete
this lunch.
Per Serving: about 290 calories, 18 g protein, 12 g fat, 29 g carbohydrate
Good source iron.

in a medium sized bowl, mix togehter breadcrumbs, salt and ground black pepper. cut a pocket into each breast, cutting almost to the other side. Stuff each breast pocket with 1 ounce of the goat cheese.
Next, in a small bowl crack eg Decadent ice cream cake Layer the bottom of an 8" round springform pan with 1-1/4 cup of the
macaroons. Spread chocolate ice cream evenly over the crumbs. Sprinkle 4 of
the crushed Heath bars over the ice cream. Dribble 3 tbls of the chocolate

Wisconsin cheese chowder In a Dutch oven, combine the peppers, onions, celery, apple juice, and
garlic. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the flour
and 1/2 cup of the stock. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add the potatoes and the remaining 1-1/2 New england fish cakes with herbed tartar sauce Stir together tartar sauce, 2 tablespoons green onions, 2 teaspoons thyme,
and capers in small bowl.
Place white bread in food processor; using on/off turns, process until very
coarse crumbs form. Transfer breadcrumbs to large bowl. Using on/off
